Yes. The problem with that particular xT22 is that the top intake is either blocked it if it is a 3T22 the top damper is closed or jammed shut. Basically you're only hearing the lower tone of the xT22 in that video.

We have a 2t22 in Topeka that sounds similar to that. I have a video of it on my youtube account (jayhawk29)

That explains it.
Was the strangest sound with a hint of F5 above the D5.

Next test, I'll have to cover the top of the 2t22 to hear how it sounds.
