Hey guys can someone tell me what this siren is...I can't really tell. I know that pine bluff has modulators, but i've heard they have whelens too....

The one pictured in the video is a Modulator. I almost took it for a Whelen omni at first, but those are definitely not Whelen boxes at the base of that pole. Plus, the cells are rounded-looking, just like that of a Modulator.

Hmm, could it possibly be a situation where they did like what Monroe County, MI did with their old Whelens and upgraded the controls to Federal UltraVoice controllers? All I know is that Whelens don't normally have Westminster chimes, and those that it did in the video sound like Federal's version of the chimes. I may be totally wrong though, but it's hard to tell in the videos since the quality isn't all that great.

Yeah, it's a Whelen. I know it's hard to tell from a far distance, and yes, the chimes sound just like the ones Modulators use.
