It depends. They were made for quite a while, so the ages can vary.
I have a thing for objects that light up or make noise.

The Model 3, 5 and 7 date back pretty far. I'm not certain on a more precise date, but they definitely reach back to the 1940s, heck maybe even further into the late 30s. The Model 2 is even older.

IIRC Model X sirens date back to at least 1929, with the Model 2 being even older than that.

i know of a WW2 era model 5 in Spartanburg SC and a model 2 in NC i forgot ware

iirc Model 2s were produced before 1920s. And are still in production. (Not the 2T.)

I'm pretty sure the Model 2 is the oldest siren design still in production.

I believe my Model 5 was built sometime in the early 1950s when Federal Signal was still called Federal Enterprise.
