It seems like all of st. paul's t-bolts have the blower and rotator set up weird like that. (keeps running until the timer reaches the end of the 3-minute cycle).

Any ideas on why they do that?

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think St. Paul plans on keeping its current system for quite a long time?

The bloer does shut down between the Alert and Attack tests, but it takes a little longer than usual to do it. It sounds like the time delay on the blower is set to 10 or 11 seconds.

They had better, or they'll have me to deal with. I love hearing 1000's on full song.
I do not have a clue as to why they keep rotating though. All the sirens in their system do it.
