I highly doubt it, for the simple reason that I've never heard of Israel having anything but HLS pneumatic sirens and Hormann electronic sirens. I believe that it's the HLS sirens you're hearing in this video.
I left this board in early 2010. I am not a part of the siren community in any sense anymore. I will not provide assistance or information.

How would you like to live with the threat of that everyday? Minding your own business and the boom air raid and rockets exploding. :shock:
Those sound very similar to the French Saumur sirens.

Does that siren have a damper, or is it supercharged? It gets quiet pretty quickly even though the wind-down is really long. How many ports does it have?

Sounds like a damper. You can hear the clunk in the beginning.
