I thought that was an excellent video of the P15 sireen, Jeb Never knew how they were clutched before, now I know. SO what was the plan, do you have a source for a 3-phase motor?

Yeah I'm buying a new 15hp Baldor motor from Clayton Werden. I'm sending the stator back up to wisconsin so it can be remachined to fit the baldor motor. I did the math and I can put a new motor on this siren and still come in under the quoted price.

Nice video, awesome description, and a beautiful restoration, besides the whole motor thing. Not that it was your fault, but it could've gone better.. Is the new motor single phase?
Kicking it in the siren party since '08
