The ATI sounds like it's about a fourth the size of that Mod though.

Honestly, knowing ATI, it would not surprise me even 1 bit.

I opened both videos, the ATI and the Chicago video, in different browsers here on Firefox. I found a stopping point on the ATI video and started playing the Chicago Modulator video, and eventually synced them up. They're a perfect sync. Same audio clips from both sirens, just the ATI has that brief pause in between. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself. Let one video play to a point to where you know it's going to wind up or down, then start the second video when the tone is in that cycle. Maybe that ATI has a Federal tone generator or controller? Just a stab in the dark.

Lol...and yet everyone is commenting...oh those ATIs sound horrible, those are ugly, when in fact it sounds just like a mod!
