Federalcode Model 2 sounding for a tornado Warning

My Federalcode Model 2 sounding for a Tornado Warning today. Yes there is something wrong with the siren. it is believed to be in the field windings and it will be going to my friends motor shop the end of the week. IT only sounds for 1 1/2 minutes in to the 3minute alert when the motor controller tripped off form a overload.

This was for a tornado warning in Milwaukee County 6-8-09
