Whelen Vortex in Alert, Wail - Wichita, KS

Located in Wichita, KS. Sedgwick is all federal signal except for like 5 or 6 whelens scattered throughout the county. For some reason it has a hicup shortly after it activates both during Alert and Wail.

Activation signals got sent twice probably... but Wichita, KS has whelen's now?! I'm really curious to know where or what suburb town. :)

They have had some whelens for at least the past couple years. Ill give you the locations later.
