This is one of those with the slow wind-down and it also has slightly different higher harmonics than usual. It would probably sound very spooky in the distance.

Sounds like it's set on chopper level 6, boy would that sound scary off to a distance!

It has the exact same harmonics as it would if only the chopper were running, and it winds down at about the same spead. It has to be something to do with the blower or something related. I think that if someone ran a TBolt with the blower on 110 V, they would get a similar sound. Because of it's sound, I'm thinking that this particular TBolt may be set to chopper level 3 or 4.
