The wind-up sounds synthesized! The horn gives it that throaty bass tone for sure.

You are forgetting one thing.
That is a real 2T with T-bolt cap and horn That I recorded in my basement.
The wind-up sounds synthesized
I don't have the ability to make synthesized sounds. I only have a video recorder and the siren parts

Depends on who you get it from and how much stuff you get with it.

Can you purchase sirens from Westshore and Blue Valley? I saw the pics when you went to Westshore and they had a bunch of sirens laying around.

I don't know about blue valley, but for west shore services, go to their site and contact them about purchasing. Ask for the owner Jeff Dupilka.
