Thunderbolt 1000T 4/5 port slow wind-down, Miniapolis, MN

Miniapolis must have a bunch of these 4/5 port 1000T's. Every one of the TBolts that this guy has filmed have been 4/5 port 1000T's. He's filmed at least three different ones so far. This one sounds weird in Attack.

Yeah, the cities have some cool sirens. Minneapolis has 4/5 T-1000T's, and they even have 2T's in the downtown area.
St. Paul has a lot of T-1000's.

Are all of the 1000T's in Miniapolis 4/5 port models? That would be extremely unusual.

Yeah. Every video I've seen from this guy has 4/5 'bolts. Personally, I think the whole system has them.

that is awesome footage, w/ tight zoom and a stable tripod...you can really see the awesome rustiness

sirens are ubiquitous and loud--how come we're the only folks who seem to notice them?
