LMAO, I don't think I've EVER heard a siren like that! That's pretty interesting, thanks for sharing!

It does look/sound like a Japanese siren, but I could be wrong.

It might have just been a test, I doubt it would play music for a real emergency. Then again, who knows. (can anyone translate the video description?)

Yes, it was most likely a test, but wouldn't that be something to hear children's music being played during a warning. In that case, whoever is in charge of the sirens would have a pretty dark sense of humor. I guess these guys are kinda doing what some towns do with their Westminster chimes - reserve them for tests.

This speaker is used by firefighters in case of fire (in case of a fire siren sounds) or the police if you have to give notice. Every day at 4 pm, this sounds musiquita terror. In Hanyu shi, Japan
