It looks as if both the ATI's and Alertronics are both active? In one of the street-views, only the RE-1600 moved between 2015-2016.. While both moved between 2008 and 2015.

There's also aboyt a dozen Modulators at the Air Force base, an Sth-10 at the VA hospital, two or 3 rotational ATI's and a couple 2001's amd Thunderbeams scatterd around. Also the Thunderbolt ontop of the high rise in down town BC.
Where at the VA hospital is the STH-10? Also the 2001s are solely east of BC in Ceresco and Marshall, there are none within the city limits.

I also have a map of eastern Kzoo county. These sirens are not controlled by the county.

The Sth-10 is on the roof of the building to the left of the main hospital/er building. When you first pull in the VA, follow the road to the main building, turn left, amd take the very first right turn you can, as soon as you make the right turn look up. It's right in plain view. I do not remember the building number. I delivered to the VA for a few years. Be careful as to not freak out the police, as they can be real assholes depending on the day and who you talk to. If you ask nicely they may direct you right to it. The officer with tattoos on his arms is the best to talk to. Very nice down to earth guy who hasn't let his job go to his head like some of the others there.

Here is a link to the Jackson County MI, Hazards Plan (PDF). Page 44-45 has a list and map of the 39 sirens controlled by the County. All of the sirens are 2001's with exception to one Thunderbolt and a Model 5 in the system. There are about 6 or so sirens in the out county area not shown which are activated separate of the County.
