Anyone have definite confirmation in what this siren inside this cupola at the Bath Township FD is (see below video). It sounds like a Model 5 which is why when I recorded it I called it that, but with no visible markings or housing/controls whatsoever I can’t positively identify it. Any ideas? The wind up/wind down gave me a clue it’s a 5, but still not definite on that. Apparently it’s always been in the cupola but was taken down, restored and reinstalled back inside it in 2014. And yes, this is where the siren is located. It’s on top of the fire department and that’s well, on top of the fire department. You wouldn’t even know it’s a siren or that one was in there let alone in the township if you haven’t heard it in person before. It doesn’t sound real loud like a 5, but I attribute that to the cupola partially hampering the sound and the amount of air being taken in. Yes the siren is here (controls probably inside the FD) as there’s wires coming out of it and I’ve heard it personally go off before and determined it’s coming from that (as well as township documents about the restoration I found online).

Perhaps an under-powered Model 5A?
It's a possibility; the one in Copley is also underpowered and sounds like a little higher (or lower) pitched, but both sounds way different than a Model 5B.
