Heath Siren??? help!

I haven't been able to post photos of the siren I picked up Sunday, but I'll do my best to describe it. It is very similar to the refurbished Pleasantan CA siren that I found online. It is 18 inches high with a copper dome covering the motor. The motor is made by Burke Electric Co of Erie, PA. The center of the siren has a series of square holes all the way around. The bottom looks like a cast piece that is very similar to the Pleasantan siren and has a diameter of about 8.5 inches. It weighs a little more than 40 lbs.
I've never owned a siren before, but purchased this because it really looked good and i'd never seen anything like it before. From what I'm hearing, it seems like it is a rare item. I'm trying to find out as much as i can about it and would appreciate anyone's help. I'm hoping to find out it's age. I'd like to know what it may have been used for (the person I purchased it from said it came from an old school that had been torn down). Are there people that collect sirens like this? What kind of value does it have?

Many people collect many sirens, there are 3 heaths that I know of, yours, Pleasanton's, and the one that was on the San Francisco ferry building, I really don't know how to determine value.

nvm. looks to be either a small model x siren or a model 2. might be a darley, but idk. looks like a model X.
