Are you absolutely sure that it's a model 1 missing a louvre? Otherwise it would be quite dinky on a pole. Also, the main body of the housing isn't conical, like this Model 1:

'Cause nobody feels like driving, its all about the maps hunting.... or if you are like me(which is a huge case around here), and you simply can't drive yet.

Right... okay. Compared to the Model 1 in the map and the model 1 in the advertisement there's an additional louvre. On DJ2226's Model 1 there's not an additional louvre and they look the most similar. Something tells me those model 1s were later models compared to the model 1 in the advertisement.

I removed the third one off of mine. The welds Ed put on it when he did the restoration busted apart at some point, so it took it apart and removed it. Only downside it that rain can get inside, but I keep it covered up with a trash bag. They were sold with two. Another person on YT managed to get a hold of one from that is Federal Electric branded and only has 2. Fedelcode made their own shroud for it. https://www.instagram.com/p/BMHjbewDEj1/

Any guesses friends? This is on a Gov't building in Cordele, Georgia. There is a Whelen nearby so it's surely inactive if it is even anything0.

Looks like generic speakers to me. It might be a Master Blaster, it's in the right part of the country, at least. It could also just be just PA and/or chimes.

Here is a siren at the Goodyear Hose Company in Galeton, Pa, I have never been able to figure out what it was... took pictures of it 4 or 5 times in hopes that from a different angle it would come to me but I got nothing....

Here is another Pa Siren, this one is at the Newton-Wayne Fire Department in Mifflin County on the border of Huntingdon County... I am guessing it may be a GCS Siren but it appears to have 1 too many louvers and the rotor is on the bottom
