Does the city putting it in have an ability to change the speed of the disc when buying it from FS? Just like the rotator speed options on the Thunderbolt?

No. The disc is driven by the chopper itself using a shaft and gearbox, so its speed is governed by the speed of the chopper and isn't adjustable. Inman's has a broken gearbox, causing it to spin too fast.

Sounds like it could be dangerous. It kinda reminds me of the Siro-Drone or HulaHOR sound. I’ve seen other Thunderbeams (or by the great SirensOfMichiana) “Trashbeams” with that rotator issue, that’s what prompted my question
