Siren siemens schurkert

Hello, I am from Argentina, I want to ask about a Siemens Schurkert siren. It is not working correctly or I am not connecting it correctly. It was tested on a single-phase 220v alternating network and it does not reach 3000 rpm. It is a motor with carbon, it has two coils facing each other and another third coil closer to the rotor, I would like to know if you have information about this siren, I would like to repair/restore it, it also has a broken base, thank you

If your saying you want it restored, I think you would have a couple good results on the Wanted forum because some people may be able to offer you some parts possibly. Also, I wouldnt be very surprised if that siren doesnt work at all because you said it is old and rusted up, It is Probably worn down at this point, But you might want to give the Wanted Forum a shot.

If the pitch of the siren wavers a lot, then it needs new brushes and the contacts probably need to be cleaned.
If the wind down seems a little too short and it has a slow wind up, it might need the bearings to be lubricated, or even replaced.
After that, I don't know.
