No, that's a regular Denver Duplex. Looks like it's been motor-swapped.

Kahoka, Mo has a Sterling M atop the light plant that runs at 7A, Noon and 6PM

Heres another one in Franklin County Ohio, this was at Madison Tap VOL Fire Dept, Cords are 39°54'32.8"N 82°53'00.2"W
