The L. A. times printed a minor story in the California section
this week. The R-911 system can dial up 6000 hoseholds per hour , Fire dept has been requested to seek more Dial out phone lines to increase
the number of R-911 calls FOR a CITY_WIDE Emergency notifacation
I cant believe this for Long Beach , Ca. it would take over 2 hours to dial up the population of over 425,000.
Now for City of Los Angeles, over 2
MILLION population ??? You do the math, Several hours before the
terrorist Attack or event Notice gets to the public in the early morning hours. The Fire Dept was requested to get the information for Jack
Weiss ,committee chairman.

How about some Federal Signals or American Signal.
WE Need working C.D. sirens !
