From the looks of the stator , roter and motor mount it got
taken out of service with plenty of life left in her, :) , now get on
with the Phase Converter or be the only house for miles around
with 3 phase from local utility. The second option may be a real
drag on the utility bill, even if you dont use it , just for the hook-up.

Screamer S10 3 phase 230 V 10 HP 9/12 I beleive it is from 1971
