There's two utility poles on either side of it! I wonder why they didn't mount the siren on them, or even on the roof. That is horrendously low. Probably the lowest seen on this thread for a decent while!

By the looks of things, there's a meter, and cable going to the siren, and the disconnect that is just being propped up by some conduit seems to be on, as seen here: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.335865, ... 312!8i6656
