Also, on the other side of town is a ASC T -128, that should be on the highest mounted siren board. It's 3/4th as tall as the water tower!! Heres that siren. [Edit] Zoom Out on the second link.
That's actually a T-135 AC/DC. Looks like it's just a little above average height to me.

It might look above average, but it's way taller. If youve ever seen those wooden high tention power lines, the ones with 3 sets of wires, it's one of those, which are almost twice the size of a normal telephone pole.

To make matters worse, it's near a playground. I was always terrified of sirens near playgrounds when I was really young so I don't think this would have been a favorite...
