Even if the station went all pager, the siren should be kept as backup or a storm siren
Sometimes the siren stays up when they go all pager if it isn't costing money or isn't in the way. In this case, the siren was mounted in what would become the front lawn of the new firehouse, so it was taken down and went God knows were. Also generally speaking, we don't have storm sirens..there are a few places that do and they are starting to pop up (mostly FEMA Grant) but on the whole a storm siren in PA is unheard of.

There's a nearby T-128/135 Probably 13 ft. off the ground. Only been to it once on accident.
