but i also got this thing that's also active if I'm not mistaken its less then 5 or so feet of the ground yes its a modified model 5

The siren looks pretty normal to me, I don't see the pole nor the siren being low.

Well, It may not be THAT low, but it's the lowest i've seen. But i remembered just now, I know a WAY lower siren i never seen in person:

I don't know really, it looks pretty average, but I'm not 100% for sure.
But it does look a little bit shorter than the Model-M.
