If that was caused by bad batteries, then that is the best battery fault I've ever heard!

Well that is one of the most interesting failures I've seen in a while.
Now for what happened to it (as a joke), it probably had a few too many drinks that tasted like cherry cola with a woman named Lola who talks like a man at a club in Not-So-Ho (Props to whoever knows what song I was nodding to!)

This one's a unfortunate lil' number... I don't know if it is the drivers or the controller that are/is dying.. But it seems like it is about to die out soon.

It's on the 'hit' list I am sure. I think this is the only electronic siren left in the system. All of the Modulators have been removed--they were actually the first to go. The other AL-4000 that was having issues a few years ago was actually swapped with a 2T22.
