St. Clair County Illinois Sirens

Hello!!

I spent some time this week focusing my efforts on the Illinois siren map in the East St. Louis area, specifically St. Clair County and up into Madison County. I did some searching on the board and there was some things of interest but there were no locations listed. So I was wondering if anyone could help me with the locations of the sirens. I'll put them below in a list.
  • East St. Louis: There's 2 active 2001s, and a EOWS-1212 along with all the old SD-10s. Are there more locations in East St. Louis or is that it. If I remember correctly, it was mentioned that a few of the chemical plants had installed their own sirens but no locations were mentioned.
  • Fairview Heights, IL: I know that they replaced all their sirens with 2910s and I've got 2 of the locations but there should be more. I found some links on the board to news articles from 2012 on it but the links are dead. It was also mentioned that there was/is a privately owned Modulator in a building complex by a park but no location was given. Might anyone know of the location?
  • East Alton, IL: I know that they have at least 1 Vortex. There was a photo of a 2T22 in East Alton but I was told that it's been gone for a few years. Does anyone know where it was at? Is it possible they have more sirens? A news article I found mentioned that they had updated their system 12-15 years ago (this was said in 2011) so I'm being hopeful there are some more.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. With that being said, if anyone has sirens in the area that aren't on the map (or any siren in Illinois for that matter), please feel free to send them over to me. Thanks for the help!

Also, the privately owned Modulator was removed in April of 2016, it was located at these coordinates: 38°34'53.72"N 89°59'46.63"W

Those East St Louis 2001s haven't changed position in years and it's likely that they may never function again. Doomed to rot like the SD10s. Unfortunately, East St Louis has absolutely no money except for the bare essentials. Many of their traffic signals no longer function. Sad situation there. I just discovered the 1212 about a month ago. I believe that one belongs to Sauget. I may be mistaken.

That's a shame. Although it looks like the 1212 is in the East St. Louis boundaries. Does Sauget have any other sirens?

I've found what seems to be a Sentry 3V8-H or 7V8 in Smithton. 38°22'13.46"N 90° 0'47.80"W

I've also found an STH-10 in the southern portion of Collinsville. 38°38'53.41"N 90° 0'9.09"W

Looks to be a 7V8. I didn't see a battery box.

I read mentions that Collinsville has 18 sirens although they didn't list the locations.

Some of the chemical plants may have sirens. There is a Kingstar array on top of a building near IL 15 and 255. Only a 3 way set up for a locomotive repair facility. And going north there is a Sentry outside of a fire station in what I believe is Pontoon Beach. It's visible from 270 looking north. Somewhere between Route 3 and I 255. It's painted red. Wood River and Roxana have a shared system of ATIs that are controlled by the refinery. Troy has a TBolt and several T128s. Edwardsville has and Glen Carbon have Whelens of several varieties. Caseyville has at least 1 Vortex. Venice has an old model 5 on top of their city hall. Unknown if it functions. That's about all I know about St Clair and Madison Counties.

I found a Sentry at the Mitchell, IL fire department, It replaced a red Model 7 in the past few years. Is that perhaps it? The Troy Bolt is inactive sadly. I've been searching Caseyville and haven't found anything yet.
