The Siren Board

Today Elise and I decided to go up to Manitowoc County for their monthly siren test. You may recall that the city of Manitowoc tests their sirens every Saturday at noon, but the rest of the county is tested the first Wednesday of the month at noon. The siren started right on time at noon and the kids at the elementary school were out for recess and the siren started up and they all immediately ran underneath it almost as if it was a game to see who could stand under it the longest. I was not able to take any photos of the sirens today because it started raining right at noon so I was lucky that I was able to record the siren test, but could not get any photos.
