1. The Manton Thunderbeam is confirmed as active.
2. The Freeman Township Vortex is confirmed as active/working again.
3. Wexford county has changed their test time. The Thunderbeam has been rotating continually over the past few weekends, so they're testing. Now I have to figure out when.
