ASC T128 Demo Mount

So I am making a T128 Demo unit and I was wondering how big of a base we need to keep it from tipping when it rotates. It will be on wheels.

Is this one of the new ASC logo T-128s or the old Circle Earth logo?

I know this is off topic ,but whats the diameter of a T-128s rotor?
