DTMF Siren/Controller for small fishing community

Hello all,
I am new here. I did try searching and did not come up with anything, so I started a new topic. I am a caretaker at a 400 acre fishing community outside of town in rural Colorado. I am also a volunteer firefighter. I am looking for a cost-effective siren that I can activate with DTMF on a mobile radio for wildland fires, tornadoes, flash floods, etc.
Any thoughts?
