Ah, I remember this video. It's an old video of Derek Thompson's. I know he was testing out the pulsed signals on this 1003, but I can't remember why. Though I seem to remember this particular siren had one solenoid stuck opened in a video before this, and was later mentioned that both solenoids were broken before this video was taken.
