LA County Siren Bid Document

Hey guys. I'm unsure if this is the correct section to post this in, but does anybody have the document showing the system bids and pictures for Los Angeles, CA? I'm talking about the time they got bids from various companies and tested the sirens. It included pictures of a Whelen, Modulator, and a Quadrant on a temporary mount. I'm almost 98% positive that this is the city. Thanks.
