Penetrator

Sat Jul 14, 2007 10:38 pm

We recently picked up a few penetrators 10's (i think) but after doing some research, i am very confused. We took the back cover off of the siren on on the Baldor motor dataplate, it says 1 phase, however, the starter box definately looks like 3 phase to me. Anybody have pictures of this particular siren and can somebody help me figure this out. Thanks

Chad

Most motor starters are three phase. It only take a small control voltage to engage the starter coils. Three phase motor starters will operate fine with single phase.
