The Siren Board

So this was... interesting. We arrive in Harrodsburg at around 11:30 AM. The police dispatcher says that the sirens should all be tested at around 5 'till noon. We set up, and at 5 'till: Nothing. At noon: Nothing. I call a little after noon and ask if something was supposed to happen. Apparently, a structure fire had started not long before, and that took precedence on the channel. The dispatcher said that the sirens would not be tested. I decided to keep rolling, and we got to discussing. Lo and behold, the 1003 ended up going off! Needless to say, it was quite the success.
