Found this EOWS 115??? Anyway, it's inactive too. Located near the police department. I know there's a Model 2 hiding somewhere in Emmaus. I'm thinking its at the fire company. Besides fires, they used to use it for railway dangers like bleves and other train accidents.

Saw this at a car show. The T-Town (Trexlertown) STH-10 is still up in running after being repaired. If you don't know what happened to it, the siren broke back in January of because the sirens timer and radio controls stopped working for some unknown reason. It was fixed and heard again on April 6th.

Now that the weather is getting nicer and school is soon to be let out, it's time to do some siren hunting around Lehigh County.

I'm thinking that this is a 5T. I may be wrong though. This siren is located in Slatington at the Slatington Volunteer Fire Company off of West Church Street.

I think it's a regular 5. It was replaced by the 2001 several years ago but Scott Ham has some videos of it going off on YT, along with the STH-10 in Walnutport. Unless the 2001 is stationary and we are hearing it instead of this siren.

I didn't know there was a 2001. Where is it?

This STH-10 is located at the Walnutport former firehouse which was destroyed by fire late 2014.

The 2001 is on a hill above the town of Slatington. Dave Fritz would probably be able to tell you more about it. https://www.google.com/maps/@40.747379, ... 312!8i6656 It has very good coverage.

I've been trying find videos of the 5 going off. Apparently I don't see anything.

I recorded this ambiance back in October. The reason why I'm bringing this because it sounds sort of like an RSH-10 Thunderbeam. Even though its the T-Town STH-10. Btw, i have been unlucky of recording ambiances again, but anyway check it out. Doesn't it sound like an RSH-10?
