Westmont, Nebraska's Dead Thunderbolt 1000T

Does anybody have an idea of why the Thunderbolt in Westmont died recently? Whether it was tripped and needs to be reset, or if the radio on it died, or if Sarpy County possibly changed their frequency's but the Thunderbolt's still hasn't been changed? The Model 2T at the park still seems to operate, so I'm not sure how this happened. It failed in both September and October, so I am not sure what it could be...
