Does anyone know of a place that sells replacement horns and a motor for a federal signal STL-10?

Horns, you'd probably need to look at a small metal fabricating firm. As for a motor, I think newer versions can be found. Cannot be sure. A good thing to do is get a quote for a re-wind if your issue is the motor's burnt up.
