Federal Signal Modulator 4016, Wail - Nichols Hills, OK 10/7/17

I was blown away when this siren wound up in wail for 1 minute. Reason video is so long is because siren tested a little early so after this siren winds down OKC's Whelens starts, then even after the Whelen's winds down you can hear one of the 2T22's in the village faintly for another couple of minutes.
