How to wire RCM1B Without AGASTAT!?

Hello everyone, just a quick question. My thunderbolt is around 50% through restoration, and wanted to know if anyone could help me wire the RCM WITHOUT THE AGASTAT or AR TIME HOOKED UP! This is how I want to run it, as Im using my AR for other projects. I have already removed the S-Monitoring system, and am trying to wire the RCM now.
