Those are actually EOWS series sirens. They appear to be 1212's:

That sound is eerie!
Someone should go get a close up of one of the EOWS 1212s doing pulse. I don't believe we have a video of a 1212 doing that yet.

Too late. The refinery is being demolished, and the siren pictured has been cleared along with the building it was next to. The other siren is still sitting pretty in the office area of the refinery, where one block of offices remain. It's possible that the last remaining it will meet the same fate as the one that was already taken down.
