when i was watching this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_unAfYphJjY video i found a siren at 6:59 you will see what i think is some sort of cyclone siren

B: That prison is in Poland. The polish crest is visible above the door to the right of the main gate. With that being said, it is probably a Warsaw Pact era holdover of some kind.
