I found this video on youtube and was just wondering, what is wrong with this unit?

The rotator is hooked up to the chopper terminals and the chopper is hooked up to the rotator terminals. Notice how the rotator doesn't keep turning when it turns off. That's why the pitch is so high and the reason the pitch raises a little when the rotator stops.

It sounds like the blower is turning off though as well, causing the raise in pitch. I'm taking a guess that the siren's controls were upgraded to something like Federal's FC controller and the chopper and blower/rotator relay outputs were reversed. Again, this is only a guess that I have. Whatever it is, it makes for a weird attack signal.
