Recorded on August 2, 2017. This siren is doing a silent test (rotation) only because the weather was cloudy. Most counties in Georgia didn't sound test their siren system on that day due to cloudy weather. This siren is normally tested in Westminster Chimes. This siren is controlled by Forsyth County Emergency Management and is tested at the first Wednesday of every month at 12:00 PM ET. This silent test started about 5 minutes late. This siren is used for severe weather and other emergencies. And oh yeah, I met up with Calvin (PeachtreeSirens) for the first time (I don't often meet up with a siren enthusiast at siren test). I actually didn't mind this siren doing a silent test, it matters if we record a test at least. Sorry about us talking in this video by the way. This siren is located in Cumming, Georgia at Charleston Park near a lake and a boat ramp.
