Well, a VFD about 10 miles from me has a Model 2, but that is it. Our county in sirenless, unless I can acquire one.

I hear our 2001 at the school, and after it shuts down, I hear Apple Valley's talking whelens, and eagans 2001's and thunderbolts.

and three Whelen WPS-4004's that are part of BSU's siren system.

(I have not pictured the siren on top of Shuman Stadium)
If I'm at work I can only here 1 2001-SRN across the street at a high school.

Since we have 5 thunderbolt 1003 sirens i hear all of the except one. We are almost located in the middle of the city so i can here 4 of them and a brand new 2001 they put up. I can't here the other thunderbolt because it is further away than the other 4.

2t22 boy i like the way some of your thunderbolts are mounted on two poles. All of ours except 2 are mounted the same way.

Matt Hackler: Man that would be awesome to be at your place during a warning.

thunderbolt1003kid: Yeah, i have never seen a blower on a tbolt on the ground. It's pretty rare around here.
