Recorded on July 12, 2017. This is a quarterly nuclear alert siren test of the Oconee County (Duke Power) Nuclear Station. This siren is tested on the second Wednesday of every quarterly (3 months) at 11:50 AM ET. This siren and the siren ambience started right on time! The FS voice siren in the background is a Federal Signal Modulator 5020 (Clemson University owned, is normally tested on this siren's same schedule). This siren has updated FC (2001-130 cabinets, is why this siren is a little more high pitched than a normal old 2001-DC), new FC replaced original old FC in 2015. This siren is part of the Oconee County (Duke Power) Nuclear Station siren system. And is used as a nuclear notification alert siren. This siren is located in Clemson, South Carolina at Fike Recreation Center (at Clemson University) and across from a play field.

Sirens heard:
Modulator 5020 in test voice and wail
2001-SRN (also Clemson University owned) in attack signal
