So, I went to Plano's 4008. They did not test.
So, I went to Irving's 612 with OWS CRAZY . Silent test.
So, I went with OWS CRAZY, Jared H, and Jack to DeSoto's 2001:DC they did not test.
So, I went to Cedar Hill's T-128, they did not test.
At 2:07 the city of DeSoto conducted an outdoor warning system test. Dang it why didn't we stay in DeSoto!!!!

What luck I have.........

What was funny was my original plan was to catch DeSoto at 1:45 (because that's when they usually test) and then hop into the car to Cedar Hill (6 minutes from point A to B) and catch two tests in 15 minutes time frame! Genius plan, weather's fault!

Anyways thanks for reading, ambience from Cedar Hill will be up soon!

What a horrible day :(

I recorded a 2001 in Fort Wayne today, and even heard a Fedelcode going off for 5 minutes in the distance!

Here's my ambience. I have reason to believe this was a special test, too! Cedar Hill dispatch claims that they did not test their sirens today...so someone either lit off 2 2001's, or someone lit off the whole of desoto and that's all we heard.

Yeah it sucked big time. I hate how weather says it'll thunderstorm for like all day and then it ends up only thunder storming for like 2 hours MAX. So the cities want to play it safe and say no testing. But the thunderstorms didn't come until now (6:45pm). It was perfectly fine at 12:00. But, it's nothing we can control and it sucked, but some people are probably not very bright and it would confuse them so it was probably good not to do it.

Mesquite didn't test today I guess cause it was partly cloudy...... I did hear Garland's Whelen's go off around 12:20 pm.

What's funny was that Fort Worth, who never tests if it is 40% cloud cover or more, tested today, despite the chance of thunderstorms. Probs the new EMA director.....
