Federal Signal 3t22 in Ellwood City, PA

This 3t22 is located at Wampum and Todd in Ellwood City, PA. It is still connected to a power source, however it appears to not be at a fire station, so I have no clue what its used for. I am currently trying to find out, however it is quite difficult seeing as I can't figure out how to get a hold of anyone who would possibly know about this siren

Ahh yes, the plugged up 3T22 in Ellwood City... whoever remounted it obviously didn't know what they were doing as they set it right on it's intake and blocked up half of it. The siren is for the Ellwood City Fire Department and is activated by the Lawrence County 9-1-1 center

Hahaha, always wanted to hear a 3T22, but now it appears that I may or may not be hearing not only my first xt22 but my first siren with a blocked intake. Double whammy! Thanks, Dave
