We just found another one of these in Kansas. It's mounted on a tower, and is also paired with a Federal Type B.

Looks to be another victim of the torn worm gear thing these sirens had. As a quick question, do we actually know if it puts out 125dB at 100 feet, and, is it active?

I might just have to get out there myself and take a look at it. Being in Chautauqua county, it's going to be a bit of a drive, and my truck doesn't have a motor in it right now. Might have to go with Gabe or something and kick him some money for gas. I also have no idea when they would test it - if it is even still active. We will be sure to find out. ROOOAD TRIIIIP!

So do those 2 horns rotate when it goes off? Or are they stationary?

Well they were meant to be pointing in the same direction once apon a time, Since that is what Soundmaster did on their setups. And yes, they are meant to rotate, except that the worm gear which would make the horns rotate has probably broken, hence the horns on opposite sides because it doesn't rotate anymore.
